Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Orders of $100 or more ship free to addresses in the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS (our choice based on package size and destination). No coupon code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Orders under $100 ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Contiguous US: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days (additional fees may apply)
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Backordered Parts
Some parts may be on backorder from the manufacturer. If a part in your order is backordered, we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date. Backordered items typically ship within 2–4 weeks, though some parts may take longer depending on manufacturer availability.
If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel the backordered item for a full refund by contacting us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the US and need parts, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and parts. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
