How to Submit a Request

Information to Include in Your Request
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number
- Type of request: categories of personal information, send my personal information, delete my information, or opt-out of data sales
- A brief description of your request
Processing Timeline
We will process and address your data request within 45 days. If a request is sufficiently complex to address, we may extend that timeframe by an additional 45 days, and you will be notified within the initial 45-day period.
Important Notice
Any information provided as part of your data request will be used solely for the purposes of responding to your request and will not be sold or otherwise disclosed for any reason. There are certain conditions under which we may reject a consumer request. You will receive notice and explanation if this occurs.
