Amazing people!! Helped me out with parts when I was in a pinch and they were very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for moto supplies or new vehicles to stop in and see what they got.

The staff at empire cycle are top notch, I got my 2014 honda fix in a timely manner and what a great job. Amy was the best. I will take my bikes to them every time. Thanks empire.

I had a really good experience at empire cycle. I absolutely hate the typical salesman approach and in my personal experience empire cycle was nothing like that. They have a laid-back relaxed approach which allows you to check out the bikes without being harassed. I made multiple visits there going back and forth on a few different bikes. My wife knew I wouldn't pull the trigger on buying a bike because I'm rather cheap so for my birthday she showed up at empire cycle to buy my birthday bike. They assisted her with the secret mission to deliver the bike without me knowing. My wife took me out to the garage I opened the garage door and there it was. My wife was very happy with the buying experience and had nothing but positive things to say about the sales team. I of course was absolutely thrilled to say the least and finally have a bike to ride again. Sincerely thanks to empire cycle for their top-notch service and easygoing streamline buying experience.

We recently purchased a new ATV from Empire Cycle and cannot say enough great things about the staff and service! It started with the salesman, Kevin, extremely knowledgeable and patient with zero sales pressure. Then when we came back ready to buy, Joe and Tony helped us finalize the sale and expedite the paperwork in time to have Kristin the owner, who is absolutely awesome, deliver our new ATV the same day at no additional charge. Kristin walked through how to operate our machine and best practices for maintenance and safety with us. Which we SUPER appreciated as we are brand new to ATVs. The CF MOTO 600 we purchased is so fun and perfect for the utility we needed on our acreage. We would hands down purchase from Empire again. Excellent customer service and great product quality is unfortunately a rare combo these days so when you find it you know it's something special!

Just had my second service on my bike at Empire Cycle. Superb service and friendliness once again. A special shout-out to Amy in the service department for her patience with my tardy arrival and professionalism overall. The remodeled store looks great!

I appreciate the fact that Amy in service was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. More importantly she was honest about their shop time. She estimated the hourly rate but it ended up being under the estimated time and they were able to save me a bit of funds because of that. I really appreciated that!! Took my bike in for yearly service. Austin did a great job of cleaning and lubing the chain as well as all the oil change and all the other maintenance. He also instilled a new fuel tank for me which I had bought to change the look of the bike and and there were many kind compliments from the staff about my color choice. Kevin in sales has always been very helpful. Empire Cycles rocks!! and I would recommend them to friends and family!! Empire

Went in looking for some gear, everyone was super friendly. I also took a look at a couple bikes because I have never seen a CF moto. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Edit: Came back in to look at buying another bike because of my previous experience here. Kevin was awesome, let me test ride anything I wanted and ended up getting a Cfmoto because I liked it so much. I just want to say I have terrible luck with dealerships not treating me seriously as I am a bit younger. At no point was that the case here. Very happy with the service and refreshing that someone could finally treat me in a professional manner. Thanks Kevin and everyone at Empire.

Got a great deal for my trade and found the exact Triumph I wanted. Tony stayed late to get my paperwork done and got me loaded up for the long drive home. Great dealership experience!!! 5 stars.

Great experience in purchasing a slightly used KTM 790. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable, and the purchasing process was quick! I don't think you can go wrong with these guys - highly recommended!

Good service. They made a couple mistakes but ordered new parts at no charge to me. Also gave me crash bars for the inconvenience. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the communication. I wish they would have called me when they made the mistakes. I had to call every few days to find out what was going on. I will go back. They did a good job and made it right when things were damaged. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. UPDATE they found me some parts. I told them what I needed and they put in the effort to find I was looking for. Stayed in touch. I got my parts very fast. Updating the stars.

I have never experienced such a Great motorcycle dealership..I was stranded and they went over and above any outcome I could of hoped for.. A super big thanks to the entire staff.. I am very greatful ... Thank you.. Brraaapp.
