By accessing and using PowerSports Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All parts listed are genuine OEM parts. Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Local pickup is available at our Spokane Valley, WA location.
5. Returns and Refunds
Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Electrical components, special-order parts, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A restocking fee may apply.
6. Warranty
All genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims should be directed to the respective manufacturer or through our customer support.
7. Limitation of Liability
PowerSports Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including schematic diagrams, images, and text, is the property of PowerSports Empire or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
